HRGA Asst. Manager Manufacturing - Cikarang - WFO (ID: 712758)

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Company in the Manufacturing sector and they are looking for an HRGA Leader/ Supervisor to be placed in Cikarang with job descriptions and requirements as below:

Key Responsibility Areas

• Managing all HR & GA matters,

• Responsible for making the strategy of salary-based review allowance, reviewing company regulations, and making the salary table

• Responsible for GA legal matters, compliance, and handling government offices.

• Responsible for another related job in HR and GA.

Requirements:

• S1 from any degree

• Fluent in English

• Has experience as a Personnel (HRGA) Supervisor for at least 5 years

• Understood HR Role (industrial relations, BPJS TK/Kesehatan, people development, license)

• Able to run MS Office
