HRBP Intern

Tanggung jawab

- Support the HR team in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and other HR initiatives.

- Assist in preparing Talent Review materials, including data consolidation, analysis, and presentation decks.

- Support HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and insights for HR decision-making.

- Assist in the standardization and review of Job Descriptions and other HR documentation.

- Support HR projects through research, data preparation, project coordination, documentation, and follow-up.

- Assist in identifying opportunities for HR process improvement and increased efficiency.

- Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

- Gain hands-on experience in Talent Management, HR Analytics, Organizational Development, project management, and corporate HR practices, while developing analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Persyaratan

- Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiar with Excel functions, PivotTables, data visualization, and basic data analysis is preferred.

- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

- Able to prepare clear and structured presentations, reports, and management materials.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with HR data and documentation.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.

- Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
