HR Sr Supervisor - Building Material Distributor - Jakarta Utara (ID: 712067)

PERSOL Indonesia looking for HR Sr. Supervisor with nature of business at building material (wood) distributor with a placement Jakarta Utara

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage workforce composition and headcount allocation across all departments and divisions.

2. Conduct manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels in each department in line with operational needs.

3. Monitor and evaluate the duration and compliance of employee employment contracts.

4. Analyze organizational training needs and oversee human resource development initiatives (Training & Development).

5. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and continuous assessment of employee performance (Performance Appraisal).

6. Maintain and enhance the quality, capability, and performance of human resources through organizational development initiatives.

7. Manage employee welfare and compensation programs in accordance with management policies (Remuneration).

8. Oversee employee movement, position adjustments, and job rotations in alignment with company policies (HR Traffic).

9. Manage and control the implementation of employee overtime across all departments.

10. Control employee turnover while ensuring the sustainability of internal productivity.

11. Develop and implement effective, efficient, and productivity-driven systems, procedures, and policies.

12. Analyze, evaluate, and continuously improve existing systems, procedures, and policies to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Holds a valid CPHRM or CPHCM certification

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational development processes

• Solid understanding of organizational development

• Willing to be place & doing offline interview at Jakarta Utara
