HR Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Design, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs to improve competencies and performance.

• Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor regulations.

• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems.

• Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary matters.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.

• Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

• Build positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.

• Coordinate with department managers to identify workforce needs and support organizational growth.

• Communicate effectively with foreign management and headquarters regarding HR-related matters.

• Lead and develop the HR team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial position.

• Strong experience in Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll, Industrial Relations, and Performance Management.

• Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (HSK Level 4 or above preferred) is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in the manufacturing or garment industry will be an advantage.
