Finished Goods Warehouse SPV (Garment Industry)

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the garment or textile industry.

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader position.

• Strong knowledge of finished goods warehouse management, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.

• Familiar with garment packing processes, carton management, barcode systems, and shipment preparation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

• Good command of English is preferred / Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Job Description

• Supervise daily finished goods warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment preparation.

• Ensure finished goods are properly stored, labeled, and handled according to customer requirements.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control (QC), Merchandising, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time shipments.

• Ensure finished goods are shipped according to delivery schedules and customer specifications.

• Maintain accurate warehouse records, stock reports, and shipment documentation.

• Implement warehouse safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to achieve operational targets.

• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.
