About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR and QHSE Senior to join our team in Gunung Putri, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role within our organisation, combining human resources management with health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) oversight. As HR and QHSE Senior, you will be instrumental in shaping our workplace culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting the wellbeing of our workforce. This role is essential to our operational success and directly contributes to the achievement of our corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job profiling, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees

• Manage employee relations, performance management systems, training and development programmes, and staff engagement initiatives

• Administer payroll, benefits, compensation planning, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and regulations

• Design and deliver training programmes on HR policies, workplace conduct, and professional development

• Develop and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and programmes to ensure a safe and healthy working environment

• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective measures

• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and industry standards

• Monitor QHSE performance metrics, maintain detailed records, and produce regular reports for management review

• Coordinate emergency preparedness planning, drills, and response procedures

• Collaborate with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture and encourage proactive hazard reporting

• Maintain and update QHSE documentation, including risk registers, safety audits, and corrective action tracking

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR and QHSE roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law, employment regulations, and workplace safety requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee relations programmes

• Demonstrated expertise in health and safety management, risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance auditing

• Experience with QHSE system implementation and certification (such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels

• Strong organisational and project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR management systems

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with HR and QHSE best practices
