Housekeeping Pest Control

About the role

This is a Housekeeping position with PT Pestindo Central Optima (PCO), a pest control company operating across various regions in Indonesia. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and sanitation of work areas and company facilities according to established standards, while supporting pest control operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and sanitation of work areas and company facilities according to established standards
• Perform routine cleaning of areas including floors, toilets, rooms, and common facilities
• Conduct environmental cleanliness inspections to prevent pest infestations
• Assist with simple pest control implementation according to SOP and supervisor direction
• Identify and report signs of pest presence, such as cockroaches, rats, ants, or other insects
• Use cleaning equipment, cleaning materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE) according to occupational safety procedures
• Ensure cleaning equipment is stored properly and work areas remain hygienic
• Perform additional tasks related to cleanliness and pest control according to supervisor direction

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Must have work experience in pest control/pest management
• Housekeeping or cleaning service experience is an added value
• Understanding of basic sanitation, environmental cleanliness, and pest prevention
• Understanding of PPE use and occupational safety procedures
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to be placed in Bali
