About the role

PT Kesuma Maju Sejahtera is seeking a confident, creative, and sales-oriented Host Live Property to conduct live streaming and promote residential units. You will be responsible for performing live streams to promote houses, attract potential buyers, increase direct visits to the residential location, and generate sales closures in line with company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular live streaming through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other digital platforms to promote houses at Jalan Macan Lindungan, Palembang

• Explain house advantages, building specifications, prices, facilities, location, and payment schemes to potential buyers

• Create attractive, creative, and persuasive property promotion video content

• Attract audience attention and convert live viewers into potential buyer prospects

• Actively answer audience questions, follow up with potential buyers, and direct them to conduct direct surveys at the residential location

• Encourage potential buyers to visit the location through negotiation and closing processes

• Coordinate with the property sales team to follow up on leads and assist in the sales process

• Create reports on live streaming results, number of leads, location visit schedules, and sales achievements

About you

• Confident, communicative, energetic, and persuasive

• Ability to speak in front of the camera and conduct live streaming

• Able to promote products attractively and build interaction with audiences

• Marketing, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities for potential buyers

• Target-oriented with high motivation to generate closures

• Possess a personal motorcycle and active SIM C license

• Willing to work and conduct live streaming directly from the residential location at Jalan Macan Lindungan, Palembang

• Willing to work with predetermined sales targets set by the company

• Experience as a live host, property sales, content creator, or digital marketing is a plus
