About the role

Lead live streaming sessions for TikTok brand accounts and TikTok Local Life Service brand accounts, directing customers to make orders through clear product demonstrations and engaging explanations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live streaming sessions for TikTok brand accounts and TikTok Local Life Service brand accounts, directing customers to make orders through clear product demonstrations and engaging explanations

• Always comply with platform live streaming rules and policies, while applying proven sales techniques to maximize conversion

• Identify and highlight key selling points of trading partner products, and consistently achieve live streaming KPI targets on-site

About you

• Professional appearance and positive image on camera, with very good communication skills and a friendly and approachable personality to maintain engagement in the live streaming space

• Direct experience in e-commerce sales through live streaming, with mature sales scripts and proven techniques to drive conversion and close orders in various situations

• Fluent and standard Mandarin Chinese pronunciation; candidates with Mandarin language proficiency certificates are highly prioritized
