About the role

A Live Host role involving running livestreams according to scheduled times and durations, presenting products, promotions, and campaigns in an engaging manner, and interacting with audiences by responding to comments and questions.

Key responsibilities

• Run livestreams according to scheduled times and durations

• Present products, promotions, and campaigns in an engaging manner

• Interact with audience and respond to comments and questions

• Help achieve sales targets and KPI

• Maintain energy, engagement, and quality of performance during live broadcasts

• Coordinate with team in preparation and execution of livestreams

• Follow scripts, campaign briefs, and brand guidelines

• Conduct evaluation and improve performance based on feedback

• Maintain appearance and image according to brand standards

About you

• Experience as Live Host, MC, Presenter, Content Creator, Sales, or Customer Service is an advantage

• Confident, communicative, expressive, and able to improvise and build engagement with audience

• Camera-friendly, neat, with good grooming, enjoys makeup, and comfortable wearing soft contact lenses

• Energetic, friendly, approachable, and has an attractive personality

• Willing to work full-time, shifts, weekends, and campaign schedules

• Not currently studying and does not have other work or freelance commitments

• Disciplined, responsible, with good attendance and commitment to long-term employment

• Target-oriented, able to work with KPI, quick to learn, and open to feedback
