Head of Region

As the Head of Region for PT United Family Food (Jakarta), you will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations and sales activities across the Sumatera Utara region. This is a full-time, on-site position that plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success in the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the region

2. Maintain effective relationship by visiting

3. Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales

4. Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) of any field

2. Experienced in General Trade as Regional Sales Manager in FMCG Industry minimum of 2 years

3. Proven Sales Track Record

4. Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis​

5. Good in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel

6. Experienced in handling the placement area

7. Placement: Medan
