Head of HRBP

Main Responsibility:

• Drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and culture as Treasury continues to scale.

Requirement :

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in an HRBP leadership role

• ⁠Strong experience partnering with senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, performance management, and leadership development

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

• Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, digital, or other high-growth industries is highly preferred

• ⁠Experience supporting Engineering, Product, and Technology teams is a plus
