Head of Business Development

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the business development team

• Develop and execute sales strategies

• Identify and create new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field, technical background is a plus)

• Proven experience in business development or sales B2B, preferably in the technology, AI, consulting, or education industry will be strongly preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Based in or willing to be placed in Surabaya
