About the role

Head Bar position requiring 1 year of experience managing bar operations, quality control, inventory management, and menu innovation in a coffee service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily taste calibration and ensure every cup of coffee meets operational standards

• Control availability of raw materials (coffee beans, milk, syrup) and calculate operational costs or Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for efficiency

• Create new beverage menus (signature menu) to attract customer interest

• Direct, motivate, and resolve team issues, especially during peak hours

• Handle emergency situations such as sudden machine breakdowns or serious customer complaints

About you

• 1 year experience as Head Bar

• Advanced technical skill in coffee preparation, including grind size adjustment, espresso extraction, and latte art

• Leadership capability to manage and motivate team members

• Understanding of stock recording, cost management, and ability to read sales trends or cafe data

• Crisis management capability to handle emergency situations
