Job Summary

Desa Kitsune is seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly motivated Guest Relation Officer (GRO) with a strong background in Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably within a nightclub, beach club, or premium lifestyle venue.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, strong upselling capabilities, and an established network of clients and potential guests to support event attendance, revenue generation, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences in line with five-star hospitality standards.

• Welcome, engage, and build strong relationships with local and international guests, VIPs, and high-profile clientele.

• Actively promote upcoming events, special offers, table reservations, and premium experiences.

• Drive revenue through effective upselling of tables, bottle service, premium packages, and other venue offerings.

• Utilize an established personal network and market connections to attract guests and generate business for Desa Kitsune events.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, potential clients, and key market contacts.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Reservation, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of events.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to event performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or a similar hospitality position.

• Previous experience in a nightclub, beach club, or premium entertainment venue is highly preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven upselling, sales, and client relationship management abilities.

• An established personal network and proven ability to attract guests and generate business for events.

• Confident, presentable, outgoing, and professional in dealing with diverse clientele.

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and networking skills.

• Target-driven, proactive, and committed to achieving revenue goals.

• Willing and available to work afternoon-to-morning shifts on event days.

Candidates who are fully comfortable with the event schedule and can demonstrate strong market reach will be given preference.
