Graphic Designer (Remote/WFH)

About the Company

Ultifresh is a custom merchandise and apparel company serving B2B clients. We help businesses, educational institutions, and communities bring their brand identity to life through products such as T-shirts and other merchandise. We are now looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

About the Role

This is a 100% remote / work from home position. You will work closely with our marketing and business development team to create compelling visual designs, from apparel design proposals for clients to company promotional materials. We value designers who use AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Create design mockups, visual assets, and T-shirt proposals

• Prepare logo design proposals and presentation materials for apparel branding approval

• Design banners, promotional materials, and marketing collaterals

• Maintain brand assets in accordance with company guidelines

• Support product catalogue and deck design

• Create simple animated or video content for the marketing team using Canva

• Use AI tools to support ideation, copywriting, research, and design workflows

• Enhance the company’s digital presence

• Handle ad hoc design tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum vocational high school diploma / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (practical experience is valued over formal education)

• Minimum [1-2] years of experience as a Graphic Designer

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva

• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in daily work, including writing effective prompts for ideation, copy, and research

• Able to create realistic apparel and merchandise mockups

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding

• Able to follow brand guidelines and receive feedback and revisions openly

• Disciplined, communicative, and able to manage time independently in a remote work setup

• Able to meet deadlines consistently

Nice to Have

• Experience in the apparel, merchandise, or garment industry

• Experience designing catalogues or pitch decks

• Knowledge of apparel production processes (screen printing, embroidery, etc.)

Technical Requirements

• Available to work from Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Singapore Time

• A personal laptop/PC with specifications sufficient to run Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop smoothly

• A stable internet connection

• Willingness to attend online meetings with the team.
