Graduate Training Program (Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Maluku Utara, Java)

Qualifications:

1. Fresh graduate or candidate with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.

2. Diploma (D3) in one of the following majors:

• Electrical Engineering

• Logistics and Transportation

• Heavy Equipment Engineering

• Automotive Engineering

3. S1 in one of the following majors:

• Mining Engineering

• Geological Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Physics

• Electrical Engineering

• Industrial Engineering

4. Minimum GPA of 3.00 for D3/S1 graduates.

5. Willing to be assigned to any MSI operational site (Kalimantan, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Maluku Utara, and Java).

6. Able to drive and possess a valid SIM A driver's license.

Your Graduate Journey

Phase 1: Induction (Month 1)

• Learn about the company, its business, products, and the heavy equipment industry.

• Build knowledge in sales, products, and the market.

• Participate in training at the Head Office and gain field exposure.

Phase 2: Interacting (Month 2–6)

• Participate in job rotations across functions, including sales, aftersales, and support.

• Work closely with experienced teams.

• Learn end-to-end value chain processes and develop customer relationships.

Phase 3: Advancing (Month 7–24)

• Take on operational roles across Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Sumatra, Maluku Utara, and Java.

• Achieve assigned targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Develop leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Prepare to become a future leader and contribute to the company’s business growth.
