Golang Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Golang and/or Rust.
• Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.
• Design and optimize database queries, data models, and backend processes.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of backend applications.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure application reliability and scalability.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and development tools to support efficient software delivery.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer / Software Engineer.
• Strong programming skills and hands-on experience with Golang and/or Rust.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software engineering principles.
• Good understanding of database concepts, SQL, and database optimization.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
