GL, Reporting & Asset Management Supervisor

Tanggung jawab

• Supervise the daily activities of the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure the effective execution of finance and accounting plans and strategies.
• Resolve escalated financial and accounting issues promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with finance and accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance finance and accounting processes.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Good understanding of General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experienced in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements, identify accounting issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
