General Cleaning & Pest Control Officer

• Monitor and coordinate general cleaning & pest control activities across hubs and warehouses.
• Conduct regular site visits and random checks to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage OB Mobile schedules, attendance, and service execution across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with pest control teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for operational needs.
• Compile field findings and maintain documentation, checklists, and reports through AppSheet and email.
• Follow up on operational issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Support vendor sourcing and coordination for additional facility needs when required.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1+ year of working experience, preferably in GA, Facility, Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience handling cleaning/OB manpower or vendors is a plus.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable doing field visits and working across multiple locations.
• Familiar with digital tools for data collection and reporting.
