(Full-Time) Admin Marketing

Hello! We are Timedoor Academy, a rapidly expanding IT educational institution offering online and offline programming and coding courses for students aged 5-18 with 70+ branches in Indonesia and also across Asia, MENA (Middle East and North Africa), including Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt, and more.

We are currently looking for a (Full-Time) Admin Marketing at Head Office Timedoor Academy to support our branch operations through administration, customer service, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Record and coordinate with vendors regarding the procurement of operational supplies and equipment.

• Respond to prospective and existing customers through online channels and walk-in inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team based on their needs.

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

• Ensure student, teacher, and class data are accurate and aligned with actual branch conditions.

• Conduct meetings with teachers at least once a month.

• Record and manage customer payment administration.

• Manage branch facilities and conduct regular checks to ensure their availability and condition.

• Participate in branch activities such as events, open booths, and intracurricular programs when required.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with customers.

• Basic proficiency in administrative tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other computer applications.

• Disciplined, responsible, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Good command of English is preferred.

• Willing to work on-site at Timedoor Academy Head Office in Denpasar, Bali.
