Freelance Finance Operations

• Update and maintain payment tracker inventory
• Generate and process bills in Ms Dynamics 365 inventory system
• Organize and file inventory documents
• Receiving invoices from vendors
• Recording vendor invoices
• Inputting vendor data into the system
• Entering physical documents into the system

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• ⁠Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as Account Payable Officer
• ⁠Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial reporting
• ⁠Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel
• ⁠Fast-paced adaptability and detail-oriented
• ⁠Strong communication and time management
