About the role

This role involves ensuring production process flow to meet production targets, managing mechanical and electrical machine maintenance schedules, and overseeing machine repair and maintenance operations to support production availability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure production process flow to achieve production targets

• Ensure routine mechanical and electrical machine maintenance schedules are met to maintain production machine availability

• Ensure maintenance checklists are completed on time

• Conduct analysis of machine damage causes and perform repair actions as quickly as possible

• Ensure machine maintenance and repairs do not hinder production targets

• Allocate work tasks while ensuring PPE usage and safe work practices

• Create performance reports

• Conduct engineering improvements and provide modification ideas to increase efficiency

About you

• D3/S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing industry

• Experience leading a team of at least 10 people

• Leadership skills, team management capability, and analytical thinking

• Willing to work shift schedules
