Boiler Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspect boilers, feedwater pumps, fans, and other key equipment; monitor temperature, pressure, vibration, and other operating parameters, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.

• Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement (e.g., boiler ash removal, bearing replacement) to extend equipment lifespan.

• Participate in major and minor overhauls and technical improvement projects according to maintenance plans, including disassembly, inspection, repair, and reinstallation to ensure quality repairs.

• Analyze equipment failures (e.g., coal blockage in boilers, abnormal pump vibration), develop repair plans, and carry out emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

• Maintain equipment operation, maintenance, and repair records; establish complete documentation and manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical parts availability.

Requirements:

• Ability to independently repair rotating equipment in the plant (e.g., fans and pumps).

• Welding certificate is preferred.

• Basic proficiency in computer office software (e.g., Excel) is an advantage.
