FO Cashier (DW)

Job Summary

Process guest transactions accurately while delivering friendly and efficient customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments.

• Operate the POS system accurately.

• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

• Answer guest inquiries regarding products and services.

• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

• Follow company cash handling procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.

• Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

• Able to work in shifts.

• Cashier with customer service experience is preferred.
