About the role

Supervise restaurant floor operations to ensure all service activities run smoothly, orderly, and in accordance with company operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant floor operations and ensure compliance with company standards

• Manage task allocation, work schedules, and service areas for waitstaff

• Ensure guests receive friendly, prompt, professional service according to company standards

• Receive and resolve guest complaints professionally and report issues requiring management attention

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of restaurant areas, tables, chairs, dining equipment, and service areas

• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, cashier, and management departments to ensure orders and service run effectively

• Ensure guest orders are communicated correctly, served on time, and meet company quality standards

• Conduct pre-service briefings, evaluate staff performance, and report operational status to management

• Monitor service equipment availability, proper usage, and report damage or shortages to management

• Enforce SOP compliance, appearance standards, hygiene, workplace safety, and company regulations
