About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Captain / FOH Supervisor (Nightclub) to join PT. Svaha Jagad Bali in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations on the nightclub floor. As Floor Captain, you will be the face of our venue, responsible for managing guest experiences, overseeing front-of-house staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality and safety. This leadership position is essential to our mission of delivering memorable nights and exceptional hospitality to all our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house staff members, including hosts, servers and bar attendants, ensuring consistent service standards

• Welcome guests and manage floor seating arrangements to optimise guest experience and venue capacity

• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the evening and respond promptly to any concerns or requests

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security protocols at all times

• Train and mentor FOH staff on service procedures, house policies and customer service excellence

• Manage reservation systems and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service delivery

• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships

• Conduct regular briefings with the team before service to communicate special requirements and expectations

• Monitor stock levels and communicate any supply needs to management

• Support marketing initiatives and promotions by engaging with guests and promoting venue offerings

• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback and any incidents

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a nightclub, bar or high-volume hospitality venue

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively

• Excellent communication abilities in English; fluency in Indonesian is highly advantageous

• Proven experience in guest relations and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure

• Comprehensive knowledge of beverage service, cocktails and nightclub operations

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

• Physical stamina to work extended evening and late-night hours in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in relation to alcohol service and nightclub operations

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

• Passion for hospitality and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Previous experience in Bali's hospitality sector is a plus
