Flight Operations Specialist/Airline Representative（Mandarin Speaker）

About the role/岗位概述

The role is responsible for ground operational support, safety management and coordination for inbound and outbound flights at Jakarta, as well as assisting the local office in on-site service quality supervision, to ensure safe, regular and orderly flight operations. The incumbent shall conduct on-site operational support for Juneyao Airlines' inbound and outbound flights at Jakarta, coordinate with airport and ground service entities, and supervise service quality, to guarantee safe, orderly and efficient flight operations. As a key liaison between the Jakarta office, the airport, ground handling agents and other support units, this position undertakes on-site flight coordination, operational information transmission and irregular flight handling, and assists the office in airport service support and operational management.

Key responsibilities/岗位职责

• Assist the Station Manager in supervising ground service handling agents, monitoring their performance of flight ground support activities to ensure standardized and orderly ground service procedures, and safeguarding passenger safety and on-time flight performance.

  协助航站站长监管所辖航站地面服务代理单位，监督其执行航班地面保障工作，确保地面服务流程规范、有序，保障旅客安全、航班正点运行。

• In accordance with company operational manuals and emergency response plans, cooperate with the airport and relevant support units to properly handle irregular flight events, conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective and improvement measures for irregular flights.

  依据公司运行手册及应急预案，协同机场及相关保障单位，妥善完成不正常航班保障工作，并对不正常航班进行原因分析及整改优化。

• Assist the Station Manager in implementing the requirements of the company's SMS (Safety Management System). Organize risk identification, assessment and continuous safety inspections in compliance with the company's Risk Management Measures, monitor the safety operation status of the local office, and implement risk control measures.

  协助航站站长落实营业部 SMS（安全管理体系）管理要求，按照公司《风险管理办法》组织开展风险识别、评估及持续安全检查，监控营业部安全运行状态，落实风险控制措施。

• Support the department in improving dangerous goods management, and exercise safety oversight over ground service handling agents.

  配合部门完善营业部危险品管理工作，对地面服务代理单位实施安全监督管理。

• Update company documents and operational manuals for ground handling agents in line with the department's safety, quality and service requirements, and assist in delivering safety and service-related training.

  根据公司及部门关于安全质量与服务保障的管理要求，及时向代理单位更新公司文件和运行手册，协助开展安全与服务保障相关培训。

• Handle passenger complaints at the station in a timely, effective and proper manner following the department's complaint management procedures. Implement corrective actions for valid complaints to continuously improve service quality and protect the company's brand image.

  按照部门投诉管理流程，及时、有效、妥善处理所属航站旅客投诉，对有效投诉落实整改措施，持续提升服务质量，维护公司品牌形象。

• Perform other duties assigned by the Jakarta office.

  完成营业部安排的其他工作。

About you/任职要求

• Indonesian nationality, or hold a valid Indonesian work permit./印尼籍，或持有合法印尼工作许可。

• Bachelor's degree or above./本科及以上学历。

• Business-level proficiency in Chinese, Indonesian and English./中文、印尼文、英文均达到商务沟通水平。

• Prior aviation-related work experience is preferred./具备民航相关工作经验者优先。

• Experience in airport ground service support, operations control or related roles is preferred./

  有机场地面服务保障、运行控制或相关岗位经验者优先。

• Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness./

  具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心及安全意识。

• Able to adapt to airport working environment and pace, and work under pressure.

  能够适应机场运行环境和工作节奏， 具备一定的抗压能力。
