📍 Location: Head Office – NWP Property Group (Supporting Mall Portfolio Across Indonesia)

Join NWP Property Group

NWP Property Group is one of Indonesia’s leading retail property developers and shopping mall operators, with an extensive and growing portfolio of malls spread across major cities and regions throughout the country. We are committed to creating modern, dynamic, and customer-focused retail destinations while delivering exceptional value to our tenants, visitors, and surrounding communities.

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as Fit Out Manager. Based at our Head Office, this role leads the centralized fit-out function for the entire NWP Property mall portfolio. You will set the standards, govern the processes, and lead the team that ensures every tenant fit-out is delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with company standards, from design submission through handover and store opening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the centralized fit-out function across all NWP Property malls nationwide, ensuring consistent processes, standards, and service levels across a diverse, multi-city portfolio.

  • Oversee the end-to-end tenant fit-out process, including design submission, drawing review and approval, construction monitoring, inspection, handover, and store opening.

  • Direct the review of architectural, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and shop drawings to ensure compliance with the company’s Fit Out Guidelines, technical standards, and applicable building and fire safety regulations.

  • Develop, own, and continuously improve Fit Out Manuals, technical standards, tenant design criteria, inspection checklists, and standard operating procedures.

  • Build, lead, and develop the Head Office fit-out team, and provide technical guidance, training, and oversight to fit-out and engineering teams at each mall.

  • Partner closely with Leasing, Operations, Engineering, Project, Asset Management, and Legal teams to align fit-out timelines with leasing commitments and opening targets.

  • Manage relationships with tenants, tenant consultants, contractors, and vendors, including contractor accreditation, performance evaluation, and dispute or non-compliance resolution.

  • Monitor the fit-out pipeline and performance across all malls, identifying risks, delays, and recurring issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Oversee site inspections and quality, fire safety, and occupational health & safety audits across the portfolio.

  • Manage fit-out related fees, deposits, and cost controls, and ensure compliance with lease and fit-out agreements.

  • Drive digitalization of fit-out workflows, including tenant submission, approval tracking, and reporting systems.

  • Prepare regular dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries for senior management.

  • Travel to NWP Property malls nationwide for site reviews, audits, and coordination as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in fit-out, tenant coordination, project management, or building engineering within shopping malls, retail, hospitality, or commercial property, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

  • Proven experience managing fit-out or tenant works across multiple properties or locations is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of tenant fit-out processes, interior construction, MEP systems, fire safety requirements, and commercial building codes and regulations in Indonesia.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and critically review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across departments and at mall level.

  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage a large volume of concurrent projects.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar project management and workflow tools is an advantage.

  • Willing to travel frequently to NWP Property malls across Indonesia.

Why Join NWP Property Group?

  • Lead a strategic, portfolio-wide function with direct impact on tenant experience and mall opening performance.

  • Shape and standardize fit-out practices across one of Indonesia’s largest nationwide mall portfolios.

  • Work in a collaborative, dynamic, and professional environment with strong opportunities for career growth.

  • Gain exposure to diverse retail projects and tenants across multiple cities in Indonesia.
