Fine Food & Beverage Supervisor (Surabaya)

Key job responsibilities will include :

• Coordinate, analyze, and evaluate sales strategies for Fine Food & Beverage products to ensure that sales targets set by the company are achieved.

• Evaluate sales and provide direction to the sales team regarding revenue achievements to ensure that the entire team meets the targets set by the company.

• Organize and supervise the performance of the sales team in the field to ensure their performance is always good and in accordance with the company SOP.

• Create weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for comparison with the targets provided by management.

• Handle the fine food & beverage division.

• Responsible for achieving team targets.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any major.

• Has experience at least 2 years experience in FMCG companies in Horeca Channel in Surabaya.

• Fluent in English

• Have an active SIM A (Driving License).

• Neat appearance, friendly, and detail-oriented.

• Used to working with targets.

• Willing to place in Surabaya.
