Financial Controller Asst. Manager (Slaughterhouse)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including the preparation and maintenance of Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

• Perform month-end closing activities and review P&L, Balance Sheet, accruals, account reconciliations, and other financial reports.

• Conduct cost and margin analysis, covering Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), product costing, yield, production efficiency, inventory, utilities, logistics, and other operating expenses.

• Perform variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast, providing explanations for variances and recommending corrective actions to management.

• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and business insights to support business decision-making.

• Collaborate with various functions and departments to ensure the availability of accurate financial data and support the achievement of business targets.

• Conduct visits to slaughterhouse (Rumah Potong Ayam) facilities as required to gain a better understanding of operational processes, production flows, and factors affecting financial performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.

• Strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial statements, and the ability to perform cost and profitability analysis.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and complex formulas.

• Experience using ERP systems, such as CMS, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems, is an advantage.

• Experience in the poultry, slaughterhouse, food processing, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive industries is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong ownership and accountability, and meet established deadlines.

• Strong communication and financial presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial analyses into actionable insights to support management decision-making.
