Finance Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise daily Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) activities and ensure accurate financial records.

• Handle PPh 21 and PPh 23 calculation, documentation, and reporting.

• Prepare and review financial reports and perform account reconciliation.

• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Manage finance and tax documentation in accordance with company procedures.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, data processing, and reporting.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding finance and tax matters.

• Supervise the finance team and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.

• Experience handling FAT, PPh 21, and PPh 23.

• Good understanding of financial reporting and tax administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
