Finance Staff

About the role

This role manages the complete financial operations of a restaurant business, including daily cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable processing, financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost control. The position requires proficiency with ERP systems and a strong understanding of hospitality industry accounting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliations

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) to vendors and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all operational expenses are accurately tracked and settled

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets

• Reconcile daily sales and revenue data from the restaurant floor to the general ledger

• Accurately calculate, prepare, and report all company tax obligations (such as PPN/PB1, PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh 4(2)) in strict accordance with the latest local tax regulations

• Actively utilize the ESB ERP system to process financial data, manage vendor invoices, track inventory costs, and ensure smooth data integration between the restaurant POS and backend accounting

• Collaborate with the Operational Manager to analyze operational expenses, calculate food/beverage cost margins, and conduct internal financial audits to prevent discrepancies

• Maintain an organized, secure, and easily accessible filing system for all financial records, invoices, tax receipts, and vendor contracts

About you

• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, ideally within the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail industry

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field

• Direct experience and high familiarity with the ESB ERP system is essential

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is required for financial modeling and reporting

• Solid understanding of current local tax laws and reporting procedures

• Possession of a Brevet A & B certification is a distinct advantage

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical problem-solving abilities

• High level of professional integrity for handling sensitive financial data, coupled with the ability to clearly communicate financial metrics to operational leadership
