Finance Specialist-Mandarin Speaker

Report to: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily cash and bank receipt/payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Manage company bank accounts, including fund transfers, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.

3. Prepare payment requests and ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with company policies.

4. Maintain accurate cash books, bank journals, and treasury records.

5. Monitor daily cash flow and assist in preparing cash flow forecasts.

6. Coordinate with banks regarding account opening, maintenance, online banking, and other banking matters.

7. Assist in payroll payment, tax payment, and other scheduled financial disbursements.

8. Verify employee reimbursement claims and vendor payment documents before processing.

9. Support month-end and year-end closing by providing treasury-related reports and reconciliations.

10. Safeguard company funds, payment instruments, and confidential financial information.

11. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required treasury documents.

12. Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cashier, Treasury, or Finance roles.

• Familiar with banking operations, payment processes, and cash management.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and under deadlines.

• English communication skills are preferred (Chinese language is a plus for Chinese companies).
