Finance Manager Mandarin Speaker

About the role

Finance Manager MANDARIN Speaking position in a logistics and freight forwarding company. You will be responsible for handling financial transactions, managing logistics-related costs, ensuring tax compliance, supporting import-export processes, and providing financial reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FAT team and make regular timely reports to Directors and Head Quarter in Mandarin

• Handle daily financial transactions (AP, AR, and general ledger)

• Monitor and record logistics-related costs (freight, customs duties, warehousing, etc.)

• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations

• Ensure accurate cost allocation for import/export activities

• Manage cash flow related to logistics operations

• Verify and process invoices from vendors (shipping lines, forwarders, customs brokers)

• Monitor shipment costs vs. budget

• Calculate, prepare, and report taxes (especially PPh 21, PPh 23, and VAT/PPN)

• Prepare cost analysis reports for logistics expenses

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in logistics or trading company

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, VAT)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin language is a must and English is a plus

• Brevet A & B certification (tax) preferred

• Experience in import-export and customs processes is a plus
