Coordinate day-to-day finance and accounting activities across the business.
Monitor daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, payments, and cash movements.
Prepare and review periodic financial reports and operational finance reports.
Perform bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Support cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial documentation and supporting data.
Monitor financial controls and identify discrepancies or potential issues.
Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.
Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting data for accounting and management reporting.
Support internal and external audit processes when required.
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Experienced in reconciliation, financial reporting, AP/AR, and cash management.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with accounting or finance systems.
Able to work independently while maintaining good coordination with the team.
Strong integrity, accountability, and ownership.
Willing to work in a fast-paced and growing F&B environment.
