Finance Business Partner Assistant Manager

Tanggung jawab

• Advisor for operational departments to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• evaluate business cases, potential growth, and cost savings initiatives using financial models and scenario analysis
• Track KPIs of departments alongside financial performance to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
• have backward-looking variance analysis and forward-looking forecasts to determine action plans and mitigate potential risks
• Act as the bridge between financial and operational metrics

Persyaratan

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance, Business, Management or related fields
• Having 3 years in related fields
• Having experience and knowledge for financial modelling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, data analysis and visualization, and executive level presentation skills
• Willing to have offline interview and working full WFO
