Finance Accounting and Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting and Tax Manager . This is a full-time position based in South and/or Central Jakarta, Jakarta, offering a pivotal opportunity to lead and manage our financial accounting and tax functions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's growth and operational objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards

• Manage tax planning, compliance and reporting to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax legislation and regulations

• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audit processes and reviews

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to enhance financial governance

• Lead and mentor accounting and finance team members, fostering professional development and performance excellence

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning

• Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records

• Manage tax filings, including corporate income tax, value-added tax and other statutory obligations

• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies on tax and accounting matters

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Minimum 5-7 years' professional experience in accounting and financial reporting roles, preferably experiences from Property Developer and/or Property Management Industry.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, compliance requirements and reporting standards

• Proficiency in accounting software

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools

• Hands on, Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Must Have Brevet AB Certificate from reputable organization

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is a Plus
