Finance, Accounting, and Tax Department Head (Balikpapan)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, ensuring smooth approval of Account Payable vouchers, journal reviews, and daily bank reconciliations.

• Review and improve billing processes, including invoice and debit note issuance.

• Conduct final reviews of financial reports, ensuring precision and compliance.

• Support the audit process by reviewing and providing required data across departments.

• Record, analyze, and present financial data accurately and on time for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, deliver monthly reviews, and support the implementation of business plans and other strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

• Willing to be based in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
