About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Finance Accounting professional to join our team at our Serpong Banten location on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The Finance Accounting position is essential to maintaining the financial integrity of the organisation and supporting strategic decision-making through reliable financial data and analysis.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledger accounts, and reconciliations

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner

• Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards

• Managing bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring

• Recording fixed assets and managing depreciation schedules

• Supporting the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations

• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records

• Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and support month-end and year-end closing procedures

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP or IFRS

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions)

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors

• Strong organisational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Reliability and integrity in handling confidential financial information

• Preferably, experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Preferably, experience working with Indonesian accounting regulations and tax requirements
