Field Service Engineer - CPS Indonesia

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and software support for Chicago Pneumatic products at customer sites and workshops. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring equipment performance, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of products and software.

• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions.

• Conduct calibration, testing, programming, and certification activities.

• Prepare technical service reports and service documentation.

• Manage spare parts, consumables, and service equipment.

• Provide software debugging and troubleshooting support.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an engineering service environment.

• Knowledge of IT, networking, and databases (RavenDB knowledge is a plus).

• PLC knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
