About the role

This is a field sales position focused on merchant registration and customer visits for financial products including GoPay, QRIS, and related financial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily target of 1–3 merchant registrations and 2–3 visits per day

• Achieve weekly target of 6 active merchant registrations in the first week

• Achieve monthly target of minimum 25 active merchant registrations per month

• Conduct field sales activities for financial products and systems

About you

• 1–2 years experience as a Field Sales representative, preferably with GoPay, QRIS, or financial systems/products

• Fresh graduates accepted if daily targets are demonstrated in the field

• Target oriented, active, communicative, resilient, and able to work in field conditions

• Willing to complete 1 month OJT (On-the-Job Training); continuation to PKWT contract contingent on achieving or exceeding targets
