Field Sales Representative

About the role

Easi Breezi makes a clip-on HEPA air purifier that fits any motorbike helmet. We are hiring a B2B Field Sales Rep to sell it to helmet and accessory shops, motorbike dealers and scooter rental businesses across Bali (Denpasar, Badung, Ubud). There are 500+ rental businesses in Canggu and Kuta alone. You start with a ready list of 36 shops and 7 rental fleets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit shops and rental businesses and demo the product live

• - Leave 1-week samples with prospects

• - Sign shops up to stock the product

• - Report daily on WhatsApp and Google Sheets

• About you

• - 2+ years field sales experience

• - Own motorbike and SIM C

• - Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, basic English

• Pay

• - Rp4,000,000 base + Rp1,000,000 transport/phone allowance

• - 10% commission on every paid order from accounts you open (5% on reorders after 12 months)

• - Rp1,500,000 bonus per new stocking shop

• - Example: 50 units sold in a month = about Rp10M commission on top of base

• - 60-day paid pilot, then ongoing (contractor). We provide demo unit, samples, price sheet, lead list and direct founder support.
