Field Sales / Canvasser (Soundbox QRIS)

About the role

This is a Field Sales / Canvasser position for Soundbox QRIS. You will build experience in sales and fintech by developing communication skills, negotiation abilities, and relationships with business operators. The position is open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates ready to work actively in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct direct visits to prospective merchants or business operators

• Introduce Soundbox QRIS products and explain their benefits to prospective merchants

• Assist with the merchant registration process until approval requirements are met

• Meet company-set visit and registration targets

• Maintain good communication and relationships with prospective merchants

About you

• Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates

• Sales field, fintech, telecommunications, Wi-Fi, or FMCG experience is a plus

• Own a motorcycle and hold an active Class C driving license

• Communicative, persistent, disciplined, and target-oriented

• Willing to work in the field and meet set targets

Benefit & Kompensasi

- Gaji dasar selama masa OJT: Rp1.000.000*

- Insentif Rp5.000 untuk setiap merchant yang disetujui.

- Bonus bulanan Rp500.000 jika mencapai minimal 25 registrasi.

- Kesempatan memperoleh kontrak kerja PKWT setelah menyelesaikan OJT selama 1 bulan dan memenuhi target yang ditentukan.

🎯 Target Pekerjaan

- Target harian: 1–3 registrasi dan 2–3 kunjungan.

- Target minggu pertama OJT: 6 registrasi aktif.

- Target bulanan: minimal 30 registrasi merchant.
