Field Sales

About the role

Field Sales / Sales Canvasser role focused on introducing innovative Soundbox QRIS products to merchants (business operators) through direct field engagement with an attractive and competitive compensation scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and direct sales activities to introduce Soundbox QRIS products to merchants

• Achieve daily targets of 1–3 merchant registrations and 2–3 visits per day

• Achieve weekly targets of 6 active merchant registrations

• Achieve monthly targets of minimum 25 merchant registrations

• Complete after-sales code registration for merchants

• Realise 6 active merchant registrations (not just visits) during the first week of OJT

About you

• Open to candidates with experience in field sales (financial products, telecommunications/Wi-Fi) or fresh graduates with high motivation and strong willingness to learn

• Comfortable with door-to-door and canvassing work and working to daily and weekly targets

• Possess active driving licence (C) and own motorised vehicle

• Target-oriented, active, communicative, persistent, and resilient in field work
