Field Maintenance Administrator (Offshore)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Field Maintenance Administrator (Offshore) to join our team. If you are experienced and passionate about contributing in the sector, we encourage you to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS : 

• Minimum D3 or equivalent in a relevant field, preferably Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in maintenance or the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Familiar with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work collaboratively.
• Willing to work offshore.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports, including SKK Migas reporting.
• Manage maintenance notifications, Work Orders (WO), and TECO in SAP.
• Monitor spare parts, materials, and equipment movements, including items under repair.
• Maintain maintenance databases and prepare Central Maintenance performance dashboards.
• Support RKM submission and administration.
