Field Activation Device Administrator

About us:

RoboMetrics.ai is looking for a Field Activation Device Administrator to support daily field device deployment and data collection operations. You will be responsible for device deployment, video data collection, and data uploading activities across approximately 35 offline stores per day according to assigned schedules, working on-site at assigned offline stores.

About the role:

• 2 HC

• Location: On-site at assigned offline stores according to daily schedules

• Start Date: ASAP

• Salary: IDR 5.8 milion gross/month

• Employement Status: PKWTT

Key responsibilities

• Carry out device deployment, video data collection, and data uploading activities for approximately 35 offline stores per day according to the assigned schedule

• Provide training and guidance to store staff on the proper use of devices during initial deployment

• Ensure all devices are properly maintained, clean, functional, and routinely checked

• Operate AR glasses and guide users in using the devices correctly

• Transfer all video files from devices to a laptop, upload the files to the cloud server, and delete the files from the devices after successful uploading

• Ensure all collected data is uploaded completely and on time

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and store staff

• Follow operational procedures and complete assigned field activities accurately and on schedule

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Information Technology or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English

• Responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to work in a field-based environment

• Able to independently learn and operate AR devices and perform video/data transfer and uploading procedures

• Comfortable working across multiple store locations and following daily field schedules

• Open to both male and female candidates who meet the requirements.
