Facility Supervisor - Commercial Property - Tangerang (B-133111)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Tangerang.

• Our client is a Commercial Property. Currently, they are looking for Facility Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve, and maintain facility reporting systems, databases, reporting formats, and operational documentation for all mall locations.

• Collect, verify, and analyze operational data, including utility consumption, energy efficiency, fire prevention, environmental compliance, and cleanliness performance.

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Facility Management SOPs, guidelines, standards, and operational manuals.

• Coordinate with facility teams at all mall locations to ensure consistent operational practices, reporting standards, and compliance with company policies.

• Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations to improve building operations, maintenance standards, and facility performance.

• Prepare reports, data analysis, presentations, and management summaries to support business decisions and operational improvements.

• Monitor compliance with building engineering standards, MEP systems, safety regulations, and operational requirements across mall facilities.

• Perform other facility management projects and assignments as required by Facility Management Headquarters.

• Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• High conversational English proficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor in a mall, with experience conducting site inspections.

• Good understanding of building engineering systems, including MEP systems and related regulations.

• Able to operate AutoCAD.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime.

• Willing to travel and visit mall locations as required.

• Possess an AK3U certification.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
