Facility Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall plant operations and production activities

• Manage Production, Engineering, HR, QC/Lab, Procurement & Stores

• Ensure production targets, quality, safety, and business objectives are achieved

• Drive troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement

• Manage production planning, budgeting, and operational performance

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental regulations

• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams

• Coordinate with external stakeholders and relevant authorities

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in plant/manufacturing operations

• Preferably from Solvent Extraction or Chemical Industries

• Pharmaceutical/Drug industry background is not preferred

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent experience in plant operations, production, and troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, budgeting, and operational management

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
