F&B Store Supervisor (Kitchen / Barista) – Penempatan Bali

About the role

F&B Store Supervisor (Kitchen / Barista) positioned in Bali. This role will be the main operational responsibility for Dapur Pyopp in Bali and will communicate directly with the owner. Dapur Pyopp is a culinary and craft beverage business in Bali that presents Nusantara comfort food with distinctive flavors, quality ingredients, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will be part of the founding team during a new phase of development.

Key responsibilities

• Run and oversee daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing

• Be directly involved in food and beverage preparation and customer service

• Ensure consistency of taste, product quality, cleanliness, and service speed

• Lead, schedule, and collaborate with the small operational team

• Manage inventory, raw material purchases, stock opname, and minimize waste

• Manage POS, petty cash, and sales and expense reports

• Execute SOPs and help improve operational efficiency

• Communicate regularly and transparently with the owner

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry (restaurants, cafes, or coffee shops)

• Experience as Senior Cook, Kitchen Leader, Captain, or Supervisor is a plus

• Direct practical experience in kitchen (cooking) or barista (beverage preparation), with priority given to candidates with kitchen experience

• Willing to work hands-on and support all operational areas

• Understand inventory management, cleanliness, and F&B operational standards

• Able to use POS and create simple reports

• Honest, independent, responsible, with initiative and leadership qualities

• Willing to work and reside in Bali
